India Williams, MSW, LCSWA
Co-Founder | Skate Instructor | “iWill”
India Williams, known as iWill, brings more than 20 years of leadership and service in the mental health field to iWillcJoy™. With a Master’s degree in Social Work from The University of Pittsburgh, a Bachelors degree from Voorhees University, and clinical training as a Licensed Clinical Social Worker Associate (LCSWA), she has dedicated her career to advancing mental wellness, advocacy, and equitable access to supportive services.
Her professional work includes extensive experience serving the Intellectual and Developmental Disabilities (IDD) population, where she champions inclusive programming and person-centered care. She is committed to creating environments where individuals of all abilities feel safe, respected, and empowered to thrive.
A lifelong skater since childhood, India understands the power of movement as both expression and healing. She integrates her clinical expertise with her passion for skating to help design inclusive recreational spaces that build confidence, resilience, and community connection.
She is also an active member of the Omega Kappa Omega Chapter of Alpha Kappa Alpha Sorority, Incorporated®, where she continues her commitment to service, leadership, and community impact.
Through iWillcJoy™, she leads with faith, compassion, and a belief that joy is not accidental, it is intentional.
Dr. Christina Joy Holston, DBA, PMP®
Co-Founder | Skate Instructor | “cJoy”
Dr. Christina Joy Holston, known as cJoy, serves as the strategic and operational architect behind iWillcJoy™. With over 15 years of experience in project management and organizational leadership, she brings disciplined execution, systems thinking, and long-term vision to the brand’s growth.
Her academic foundation includes a Doctorate in Business Administration (DBA) from Walden University, a Master’s degree in Nutrition from Meredith College, and a Bachelor's degree in Exercise & Sport Science from The University of North Carolina at Chapel Hill. As a certified Project Management Professional (PMP®), she specializes in building scalable structures that allow mission-driven organizations to grow with both integrity and impact.
Dr. C. Joy began skating as a child and later refined her skills under the mentorship and guidance of her lifelong best friend and co-founder, iWill. What began as shared joy evolved into disciplined practice, skill development, and a deeper appreciation for movement as a tool for confidence and community. That foundation continues to shape her belief that structure and creativity can coexist, and that joy can be cultivated through commitment.
With a passion for wellness, faith, and sustainable brand development, Dr. C. Joy integrates strategy with purpose to position iWillcJoy™ not simply as a lifestyle brand, but as a legacy brand built to endure.
Through thoughtful leadership and operational excellence, she ensures that inspiration is supported by execution, and that vision becomes reality.
La’Won Williams, BS
Senior Graphic Designer
La’Won Williams is a multifaceted creative professional with a strong foundation in technology, education, and design. He earned a Bachelor of Science in Computer Science with a minor in Mathematics from Fayetteville State University, a combination that uniquely positions him to blend analytical precision with creative innovation.
With over a decade of leadership experience serving as Director of University Publications at Fayetteville State University, La’Won played a pivotal role in shaping institutional branding, visual communications, and strategic messaging. He later continued his professional journey at Methodist University, further expanding his expertise in higher education communications and design.
As the Senior Graphic Designer for iWillcJoy™, La’Won brings structure, strategy, and creativity to every project. His extensive background in directing publications allows him to see the bigger picture while executing the smallest details with excellence. He has fully embraced the vision of iWillcJoy™, translating purpose into powerful visual storytelling that reflects both heart and professionalism.
His minor in Mathematics serves as an added advantage, strengthening the checks and balances behind the creative process. With La’Won, every design is not only visually compelling but strategically aligned, intentional, and built with integrity.

iWillcJoy™ LLC was born from love, loss, faith, and a 20-year friendship rooted in purpose.
What began as two best friends encouraging one another through life’s highs and deepest valleys evolved into a declaration: I will see joy in all I do.
After the passing of iWill’s mother and the loss of close family members in cJoy’s life, we were reminded of something profound: joy is not circumstantial it is intentional. In seasons of grief, transition, and growth, we made a conscious decision to move forward with faith, to honor our loved ones, and to live boldly.
From that decision, iWillcJoy™ was born.
